Prisma Health is inviting an experienced registered nurse to join the Facility Resource Pool at Richland Hospital. You will provide bedside care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure patient/family-centered nursing care in an acute inpatient setting.

The role requires SCRN licensure, 2 years of RN experience, and flexibility to float to assigned units, including weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed RN in South Carolina.
• Two years of RN experience.
• Willingness to float to multiple units.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care per established plan of care.
• Collect data and perform nursing assessments with age-specific standards.
• Develop and update care plans with patient/family input.
• Monitor patient safety and respond to changes in condition.
• Communicate with healthcare team and document care activities.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and audits.
