Qualifications

• BLS certification required. Participation in a nursing program in California is expected.
• Enrollment in an accredited RN program with completion of 3rd semester (ASN) or 4th semester (BSN).
• Kaweah Health supports clinical education through work-study and nursing program engagement.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with the RN to provide holistic patient care.
• Communicates with patients, families, and care team to support plans of care.
• Documents care provided in the EMR as soon as possible.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients when appropriate.
• Responds to patient needs, greets patients and families, and maintains a professional appearance.
