Job summary
Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiovascular Specialty – Philadelphia E, PA. This field-based role drives demand for BMS medicines, delivering scientific dialogue and high-quality customer experience to Health Care Providers across a defined territory.
The TAS builds credibility with RTLs and community physicians, collaborates cross-functionally, and prioritizes safe, appropriate use of BMS products while delivering strong business results.
Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate scientific/clinical data to physicians.
- Proven credibility with customers and stakeholders in cardiovascular space.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and account planning.
Responsibilities
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet sales targets.
- Engages with HCPs with a balanced clinical and scientific rationale for product use.
- Maintains high level of scientific expertise across assigned products.
- Prepares and implements territory and account plans; uses CE^3 for insights.
- Delivers in-office presentations and organizes speaker programs.
