Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree; 5+ years pharma/biotech sales or MSL experience.
• Ability to communicate scientific data clearly to physicians.
• Proven credibility with key customers and KOLs.
• Experience in cardiovascular therapies preferred.
• Strong account management and sales performance history.

Responsibilities

• Promote BMS medicines to HCPs within a defined territory.
• Deliver scientific dialogue aligned with label and CE^3.
• Organize external speaker programs and schedule logistics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience.
• Provide timely feedback to leadership for tool improvements.
