Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligible to take ARDMS or CCI boards within one year of hire.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Participating in and/or graduate of accredited or certificate program.
• Intermountain Adult Echocardiography Program.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and schedules exams and coordinates with staff, physicians, and patients.
• Prepares for exams by following patient ID processes and educating patients.
• Performs ultrasound exams in a timely manner with safety and quality focus.
• Returns patient to room and ensures stability after exams.
• Documents results and charges accurately; communicates patient needs with the team.
• Coordinates repair or supply needs and supports quality initiatives.
