MercyOne Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Assistant for a full-time night shift in Dubuque, IA. The NA will provide holistic patient care, assist patients with daily living activities, and support emotional and spiritual needs in alignment with MercyOne’s mission.

The role requires meeting Iowa nursing aide requirements, BLS within 30 days, and ongoing training; weekend/holiday rotations are expected; growth opportunities exist across the MercyOne system.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 16 years old; in some areas 18.
• Must meet one of: Iowa registry active, 75-hour CNA course, EMT Certification, military medical occupation training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• BLS certification required within 30 days; mandatory reporter training within 6 months; again every 3 years.
• BLS is required and recertified every 2 years.
