Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, seeks a CVT/Radiology professional to assist in preparing, performing and finalizing diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision.

Requires graduation from an accredited cardiovascular or radiology program with cardiac experience; RCIS within six months and RCES after 2 years EP experience are expected. Part-time schedule with 40 hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited cardiovascular program or radiology program with cardiac experience.
• Two years in either Cath or EP is preferred but not required.
• RCIS required within six months; RCES after 2 years EP experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in performing all duties associated with preparing, performing and completing a diagnostic and/or interventional angiographic procedure under physician supervision.
• Responsible for all aspects of patient care per hospital policies and procedures.
• Practices safety guidelines and fosters teamwork through effective communication and flexibility in duties.
