Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a cardiovascular technologist with cath lab or EP lab experience to support diagnostic and interventional procedures under physician supervision.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, patient care, and flexibility in shifts; RCIS certification must be obtained within six months of hire. ACLS/BLS is required on hire; RCES is expected after two years in EP. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited cardiovascular or radiology program with cardiac experience.
• Cath lab or EP lab experience preferred but not required for those with cardiac education.
• Two years in Cath or EP preferred but not required.
• Must demonstrate organization, teamwork, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing, performing and completing diagnostic/interventional procedures under physician supervision.
• Handles a variety of equipment and maintains patient safety and care following policies.
• Fosters teamwork and clear communication; adapts to varied shifts and duties.
