Job summary

Advocate Health's St. Luke's Medical Center in Aurora, CO is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team. You will assist surgeons, prepare sterile fields, pass instruments, and help maintain a safe, efficient OR environment.

No experience required. Completion of a Surgical Technology program and BLS within 6 months are required. This is a full-time role with rotating on-call nights and weekends, offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 6 months.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in aseptic setup of the surgical area and instruments.
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
• Set up OR equipment and ensure clean, safe environment.
• Position and transport patients as needed.
• Be able to work with a rotating call schedule including nights and weekends.
