Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Cardiothoracic Business Development Manager to drive sales strategy and growth across the Western USA. You will manage relationships with agencies and key accounts, lead product launches, and collaborate with product management to enhance the Cardiothoracic portfolio.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Cardiothoracic sales experience, with strong leadership, communication, and travel readiness. Remote work within the Western region is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years’ sales experience with Cardiothoracic products.
• Willing to work with cadaver specimens.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set business development strategy and asset deployment for Cardiothoracic business.
• Lead and train sales force, surgeons, and accounts within region.
• Launch and relaunch Cardiothoracic products in region.
• Manage pricing structure and discounts with buyers.
• Travel up to 75% as needed.
