Job summary

Virtua Cardiothoracic Surgery is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing, highly collaborative team. This inpatient-based role offers the opportunity to work with Cardiothoracic Surgeons in both the operating room and hospital setting, delivering exceptional care across the patient surgical journey.

The minimum base salary is $144,000 per year, with a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current or eligible for New Jersey licensure.
• Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cardiothoracic Surgeons and multidisciplinary teams in both OR and inpatient settings.
• Participate in perioperative and postoperative patient management and care.
