Job summary

Virtua Health’s Cardiothoracic Surgery team seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our inpatient-based program in New Jersey. You will work alongside experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons in the operating room and hospital setting, delivering exceptional perioperative care to patients throughout their surgical journey.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
Current or eligible for New Jersey licensure.
Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Inpatient-based role, work with Cardiothoracic Surgeons in the operating room and hospital setting to provide patient care throughout the surgical journey.
Collaborative practice with multidisciplinary teams and perioperative/postoperative patient management.
Opportunities to participate in perioperative and postoperative patient management and care.
