Job summary

Abbott’s CardioMEMS team in Seattle seeks a Clinical Account Representative to drive adoption and utilization of CardioMEMS across high‑volume accounts. You will partner with physicians, HF clinics, and administrators to expand access and optimize patient workflows.

The role blends clinical expertise with commercial execution, ensuring CardioMEMS is integrated into heart failure care pathways with measurable value for patients and health systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in medical device or healthcare (inside or field).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related.
• Demonstrates consultative selling skills, including uncovering needs and positioning solutions.
• Track record of at least 100% to goal in the most recent year.
• Account-facing experience with clinicians and administrators.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), Excel/analytics, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable delivering clinical/technical presentations to audiences of 10–50 stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high‑volume, established accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and patient monitoring workflows.
• Achieve assigned sales and utilization targets within defined accounts.
• Execute actionable quarterly business plans with clear activity goals and growth drivers.
• Conduct routine account reviews to review program performance and uncover opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and participate in educational meetings to drive adoption and utilization.
• Provide competitive insights and market intelligence.
• Provide coverage for Territory Managers during PTO, meetings, and peak demand periods.
• Maintain CRM documentation for key accounts and follow-ups.
• Build and sustain relationships with physicians, HF clinics, and administrators.
• Support workflow optimizations to improve patient identification, onboarding, and monitoring processes.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for remote monitoring issues and workflow challenges.
• Offer procedural case support occasionally for broader territory.
• Support training and education for new clinical staff and HF clinics.
