Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cares for patients as delegated by the registered nurse and performs ADLs.
• May take and record vital signs and report unusual observations.
• Collects specimens and tracks intake/output.
• Assists with personal care and daily living activities.
• Performs basic clinical procedures under nurse supervision.
• Supports nutrition needs and meal setup for patients.
• Maintains infection control and safety practices.
• Assists with orientation and other unit activities as needed.
