Garden City Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare, seeks a Director of Cardiology & Surgical Services to lead clinical operations and strategic initiatives. The role oversees patient care delivery, staff performance, compliance, and quality programs across assigned departments.

Ideal candidates bring RN licensure with a BSN and 2+ years of supervisory experience, plus cardiovascular or perioperative nursing background. Leadership in change management and data-driven improvement is valued.

Formación

• RN license current and valid in the state.
• BSN degree required for all new hires after 1/11/2021.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience.
• Clinical experience in cardiology, cardiovascular lab, surgical services, or perioperative nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA).
• Preferred five+ years leadership in Cardiology and/or Surgical Services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for Cardiology and Surgical Services.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate patient care delivery, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and fiscal management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
