Northern Nevada Medical Group in Sparks, NV seeks a Central Scheduler to coordinate surgical and procedural scheduling. You will gather patient and physician information, relay preparation details, and collaborate with the Scheduling Department to ensure smooth operations.

Demonstrating service excellence, you will handle data reporting and assist with additional duties as assigned while upholding high standards of accuracy and patient care.

Formación

• At least one year of medical experience preferred.
• Reliable, responsible and dependable.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Knowledge of electronic equipment, computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of customer service principles including assessing needs.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of Medical Assistant/Specialist program preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule patients for surgery and other procedures.
• Communicate preparations needed to the patient and coordinate with Scheduling Department.
• Gather information from physicians regarding supply requests and report statistics.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
