Northern Nevada Medical Group in Sparks, NV is seeking a Central Scheduler to coordinate patient scheduling for surgery and procedures. You will communicate preparations to patients and relay information across the Scheduling Department.

You will gather physician requests, report statistics, and demonstrate service excellence while handling additional duties as assigned. This position supports the UHS mission to improve community health.

Formación

• Minimum one year of medical experience preferred.
• Reliable, responsible and able to fulfill obligations.
• Detail oriented and thorough in tasks.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Familiarity with office software and basic hardware.
• Understanding patient service principles and customer satisfaction.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant program preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule patients for surgery and procedures.
• Inform patients of required preparations and share with Scheduling Department.
• Gather information from physicians regarding special supply requests and report data.
• Demonstrates service excellence at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
