Qualifications

• PharmD or PharmD with advanced degree required.
• PGY-2 residency or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates with health care professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provides education and mentorship to patients, pharmacists and other health care providers.
• Develops and maintains programs to improve pharmacists' skills and clinical practice.
• Leads development/implementation of new clinical practices, guidelines and policies.
• Mentors staff pharmacist preceptorship of pharmacy residents in specialty rotations.
