Job summary

Providence Medical Group Montana is seeking a Cardiology Clinic Clinical Nurse Manager to lead clinical and operational aspects of the Cardiology Clinic, Device Clinic, and related outreach sites. You will oversee patient care processes, staff development, and ensure high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

The role requires RN licensure in Montana, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, and leadership experience in cardiac or similar units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Montana RN license at hire.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience in cardiac/critical care units.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• 1 year must understand and apply quality outcome indicators.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational management of the Cardiology Clinic and outreach sites.
• Oversee staff supervision, workflows, and policies.
• Improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure quality measures are integrated into bedside practice.
