Job summary

Providence Health and Services seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the IHI Cardiac Service Line teams in Montana, including Cardiology Clinic, Device Clinic, and related sites. You will oversee clinical operations, staff development, and adherence to care standards to ensure top-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires a BSN, Montana RN license, BLS certification within 30 days, and leadership experience with a strong focus on quality metrics across clinical units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Montana RN license required at hire.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• 3 years nursing experience in cardiac/ICU/other units.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Understanding of quality outcome measures and applying indicators to bedside practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and operational aspects of the IHI Cardiology Clinic and Outreach sites, Device Clinic, and CV labs.
• Ensure staff supervision, workflows, policies, and procedures meet quality and patient care goals.
• Promote delivery of high-quality care and patient and employee satisfaction.
