Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Montana RN license upon hire.
• Within 30 days of hire: BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years of nursing experience in cardiac/ICU/medical units.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• 1 year of understanding quality outcome measures and applying indicators to bedside practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and operational management of the patient care area.
• Supervise staff across clinics and outreach sites, device clinic, anticoagulation clinic and cardiovascular lab.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality care and service, patient and employee satisfaction.
