Job summary

Providence Health and Services is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for the Cardiology Clinic and Outreach sites in Montana. This role leads clinical operations, staff supervision, and policy implementation to deliver the highest quality patient care.

Required are a BSN and Montana RN license with BLS within 30 days, plus 3 years in nursing (cardiac/ICU/medical-surgical) and 1 year in a leadership role. Preferred: MSN and ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1 year leadership experience.
• Montana RN license upon hire.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical & operational management of the Cardiology Clinic and Outreach sites.
• Supervise staff, workflows, and policy compliance to ensure high-quality care.
• Drive clinical outcomes and patient/customer satisfaction.
• Develop clinical staff and monitor quality indicators to improve bedside practice.
