Providence Montana seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager for the IHI Cardiac Service Line to lead clinical and operational aspects of our cardiac care areas. You will oversee staff, workflows, and quality outcomes across the Cardiology Clinic, Outreach sites, Device Clinic and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and Montana RN license required.
• Leadership experience in a clinical unit with outcomes focus.
• Experience across cardiology/ICU or related specialties preferred.

• Oversee staff supervision, workflows, policies and procedures.
• Drive quality outcomes and patient/employee satisfaction.
