Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to supervise nursing staff.

• Knowledge of clinical workflows, policies and procedures in cardiac/critical care.
• Experience in a leadership role within a hospital or clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and operational management of the patient care area to promote highest quality care.
• Ensure clinical outcomes and customer and employee satisfaction through effective staff supervision.
• Direct staff, workflows, and policies for the Cardiology Clinic, Outreach sites, Device Clinic and Cardiovascular Lab.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to align with Providence standards.
