Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. in Miami Beach is hiring a Service Line Manager for Cardiology to oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, billing and core functions across the Cardiology Practice.

The role partners with AVP/Director, reviews financial and performance reports, conducts regular staff meetings, and drives process improvements while coordinating with Revenue Integrity and clinical leadership to support growth and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operations of the Cardiology Service Line on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of duties.
• Supervises staffing, productivity, billing and other core functions within the practices.
• Prepares monthly summaries of operations and financial reports for AVP/Director.
• Conducts monthly staff meetings to communicate policy or procedural changes.
• Supports scheduling, front desk, insurance verification, and billing functions as needed.
• Maintains scheduling of physician time off and on-call calendars; monitors overtime and clock-in/out.
