Job summary

Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee the operational scope of designated projects and department initiatives. You will support leadership, organize conferences, seminars, and educational programs, and create timelines and specifications to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include directing activities, allocating staffing and resources, reviewing plans, managing budgets, and preparing management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent work+education.
• PM experience with budget and staffing preferred.
• Experience managing projects in healthcare environments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated project(s) to meet goals on time and within budget.
• May participate in budget development for the project and review proposals.
• Establishes work plans and staffing for each phase and coordinates recruitment or assignment.
• Directs project personnel to ensure progress on schedule and budget.
• Prepares project reports for management and clients and resolves issues.
• Performs other related duties as needed.

Education
