Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or related field; Masters preferred.
• 5 years hospital/medical environment experience; 1 year supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the research team in project development and planning of lab operations.
• Facilitates timely communication and proactive decision making.
• Ensures availability of human and material resources for projects.
• Implements ongoing quality improvement activities per policies.
• Identifies and escalates potential risk management issues.
• May handle pre and post award grants management where applicable.
• May oversee human resources activities including recruitment and retention.
• Maintains systems supporting efficient functioning of clinical areas.
• Performs other related duties.
