Job summary

The Cardiology Practice Administrator at Crouse Health leads a large, multi-site cardiology program across four locations in Central New York, supporting more than 30 physicians and APPs and handling roughly 400 patient visits per day.

This full-time day position requires strategic operations oversight, staffing and scheduling, regulatory compliance, and strong collaboration with hospital departments, physicians, and leadership to improve patient access and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive cardiology experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of inpatient and outpatient cardiology workflows.
• Ability to standardize processes across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-site cardiology practice.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing and workflows across locations.
• Lead provider operations, scheduling and regulatory performance.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, hospital departments and leadership.
