• Experience in patient registration/healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage patient information.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact between patients and practices.
• Greet patients and deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient information into the system.
• Process patient registrations and verify demographics.
• Verify insurance and collect patient payments; reconcile cash.
• Assist with referrals and MyChart scheduling.
• Ensure proper authorizations/pre-certifications when applicable.
