Qualifications

• Inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient transport.
• Capable of recording vitals and supporting nursing tasks.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and assists with ADLs and activities.
• Supports physical, respiratory, and cardiopulmonary therapies as directed.
• Observes patient status, reports changes to RN, and documents care.
• Assists with telemetry monitoring, blood pressures, weights, and I&O.
• Transports patients and supports safety initiatives per policy.
