Qualifications

• One to two years of front desk experience preferred.
• Experience working in a medical office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration and scheduling tasks.
• Serve as liaison between patients and the practice.
• Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Prepare patient charts prior to appointments.
• Post charges and payments; submit external medical records.
