Bayer AG is seeking a Primary Care & Specialty Sales Consultant for Rogue Valley, Oregon. The role focuses on implementing sales strategies for CV/menopause products, driving launch activities, and building relationships with primary care and specialty providers across Eugene, Roseburg, Medford, and Southern Oregon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Proven track record in developing long-standing relationships with customers.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to comply with customer credentialing and safety requirements and maintain ethical standards.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care, Endocrinology, Nephrology and pharmacy staff within assigned customers.
• Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products; work with Customer Squad to generate pull-through with local payers and HCPs.
• Leverage knowledge of diabetes, menopause, competitors and industry to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
• Provide input to sales leadership and regional account managers for strategic planning.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and share insights with stakeholders.
• Prioritize physician specialists coverage based on opportunity and potential.
• Understand customers’ product and business needs while adhering to Bayer ethics and compliance.
• Anticipate barriers and propose responsible solutions to achieve goals.
