Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited is seeking a Primary Care Sales Consultant for the Terre Haute, Indiana area to drive launch activities and sales strategies for approved CVRM products and menopause indications. The role emphasizes clinical education, demand generation, and strategic planning across community settings.

The candidate will report to the Area General Manager, collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, and Patient Services, and travel up to 50% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven track record of consistent high performance in sales.
• Proven ability to develop long-standing customer relationships.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ethical compliance with policies and laws.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care and pharmacy staff in assigned customers.
• Drive appropriate utilization of CV and menopause products with local payers and HCPs.
• Leverage knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and menopause markets to spot opportunities.
• Provide input to sales leadership for strategic planning at territory/area level.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and communicate insights internally.
• Ensure excellent territory coverage and meet customer product and business needs within Bayer policies.
