Job summary

Bayer in Minnesota is seeking a Primary Care Sales Consultant to implement sales strategies for Cardiorenal and support menopause launch efforts in the greater Minneapolis area. This residence-based role requires up to 50% travel and close collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, and Patient Services.

You will build relationships with primary care and pharmacy staff, drive product utilization, and develop strategic plans for territory and region while upholding Bayer's ethics and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role.
• Proven ability to develop long-standing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with primary care and pharmacy staff within assigned customers.
• Drive utilization of approved CV and menopause products and collaborate with region sales teams.
• Leverage knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes and menopause markets to identify opportunities.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and share insights with stakeholders.
• Prioritize coverage of physician specialists to maximize opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Bayer ethics, safety and credentialing requirements.
