Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited MA program or equivalent military experience.
• WA Interim MA or MA-C certificate required at hire.
• MA-C within 12 months of hire is expected.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Minimum 1 year MA experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data, record vital signs, and update medical records.
• Communicate with patients in an attentive manner and coordinate care with the health team.
• Provide patient education aligned with the nursing plan of care.
• Document history and procedures, maintain a safe, private environment.
• Support staff development and participate in performance reviews.
