Job summary

Englewood Health is seeking a Medical Assistant/Receptionist for the Total Cardiology Care program in Jersey City, NJ. The role supports patient registration, clerical tasks, and front-desk operations to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic performance.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, with a High School diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited MA/PCT program preferred; CPR certification and CMA/RMA/PCT credentials are valued. Shift is 9:00am–5:00pm, full-time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technician program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients and/or representatives to obtain personal, demographic, and financial information.
• Answers phones, greets the public, provides customer assistance and handles data entry for patient registration.
• Assists with patient flow from waiting area to exam rooms and prepares patients for the physician.
