Job summary

Cardiac Solutions in the West Valley is seeking a Front Office Representative to deliver exceptional patient service while efficiently checking patients in and out, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and collecting co-pays. The role requires proficiency with EMR systems, HIPAA compliance, and strong communication.

You may travel to multiple office locations as needed and work full-time with weekday hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months medical front office experience preferred.
• Excellent computer and typing skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out using the EMR system.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed.
• Collect co-pays and balances; document patient notes accurately.
• Update patient information and manage insurance cards/paperwork.
• Travel and rotate to different Cardiac Solutions locations.
