Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and advise physicians/nursing staff.
• Gather patient and insurance information.
• Explain financial requirements and collect co-pays.
• Maintain files and office records for easy retrieval.
• Provide accurate office information and resolve issues.
• Handle difficult situations with courtesy.
• Check voicemails and distribute faxes; travel to outreach clinics as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
