Job summary

UnityPoint Health in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Methodist Downtown Des Moines Specialty Clinic in Cardiology EP. The role is full-time with benefits and daytime hours, supporting patient-centered cardiovascular care.

You will triage, assess, coordinate care, and educate patients and families while working with cardiologists in a collaborative environment. Prior cardiology exposure is a plus and RN licensure in Iowa is required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Iowa required.
• All levels of RN experience considered; cardiology exposure is a plus.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment & Triage: evaluate calls and urgency; guide next steps.
• Care Coordination: coordinate urgent/emergent cardiovascular care with the team.
• Patient & Family Education: educate on conditions, plans, meds, lifestyle.
