UnityPoint Health in Iowa is actively recruiting for Cardiology Physicians across Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Dubuque, Fort Dodge, Sioux City and Waterloo. This physician-led, nonprofit system emphasizes patient-centered care within a cohesive UnityPoint Clinic.

The role offers an outpatient focus in a well-known clinic, supportive staff, full-time schedules with administrative time, and an integrated EPIC EMR system to coordinate care across clinics and hospitals.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology or cardiovascular subspecialty.
• Unrestricted medical license to practice in Iowa.
• Authority to prescribe and administer medications as needed.
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt).
• J-1 waiver sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Practice outpatient medicine in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Dubuque, Fort Dodge, Sioux City and Waterloo.
• Work with a cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff with autonomy.
• Full-time position with dedicated administrative time and flexible scheduling.
• 24/7 hospitalist program handles adult and pediatric inpatients.
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR across clinics and hospitals.
