Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Oregon certification.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of age-specific patient care and ability to adapt care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, and hydration.
• Support patients with walking, mobility, transfers, and exercises.
• Take and document vital signs and other patient information.
• Observe changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
