Job summary

Cardiac Study Center/ Pulse Heart Institute in Spokane, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its outpatient cardiology clinic. You will perform telephone triage, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians to support optimal cardiac care.

The role is Monday–Friday, with no weekends or holidays, in-office at 605 East Holland Ave. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for external candidates, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Washington Registered Nurse License at the time of hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone triage to assess patient needs and urgency.
• Develop and deliver individualized patient education on diagnosis and treatment.
• Collaborate closely with Physicians and healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Serve as a cardiac health resource and educator for staff and community.
• Monitor and manage abnormal test results and coordinate referrals and follow-ups.
