Qualifications

• Active driver's license and access to transportation.
• Five years of experience working in a private practice and/or clinical office setting.
• Two years of previous supervisory experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience or training with ICD9 and CPT coding.
• Experience or training with basic accounting principles.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages the staff and business operations of physician and/or clinical practices.
• Delegates responsibility and commensurate authority to designated subordinates and helps oversee performance.
• Maintains daily operations within current budgeted operating expenses.
• Supervises and reviews monthly revenue and patient activity reports for physician meetings.
• Provides input to strategic decisions and budgeting.
• Develops and implements clinic policies and procedures with leadership.
• Reviews metrics including QI, Safety, Infection Control, Exposure control, and Risk Management.
