Mercy Cardiology Clinic in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing support, triage patients, schedule visits, and liaise between providers and patients. Responsibilities include phlebotomy, specimen collection, EKGs, IVs, wound care, and patient education as needed.

The role requires current Iowa RN licensure, BLS certification, and the ability to operate within Mercy’s safety guidelines in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Formación

• Current Iowa RN license or compact state license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Triages patients in person or by phone.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates provider intervention.
• Manages phone calls regarding test results and provides instructions.
• Performs phlebotomy and specimen collection as directed.
• Conducts EKGs and vitals; assists with diagnostic procedures.
