Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current licensure to practice professional nursing in Ohio.
• Current AHA CPR (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS required; NAPSE within 1 year for Pacemaker Clinic.

Responsibilities

• Assess/reassess patient condition based on observation, interview, and data.
• Develop/revise nursing plans of care with unit guidelines and rehab team.
• Deliver safe rehabilitation nursing interventions in a prioritized manner.
• Evaluate patient progress to outcomes and community discharge readiness.
• Collaborate with team, physicians, and healthcare staff on care plans.
