The role supervises a small team, develops methodologies for data collection and reporting, and ensures timely, within-budget execution of programs critical to clinical and translational cardiometabolic research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years related work experience required, including 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications.
• May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in developing and implementing multiple large and smaller complex projects.
• Develops proposals for operational and process improvement projects.
• Ensures programs and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Creates work plans with stakeholders, timelines and resources.
• Designs data collection, analyses and dashboards to monitor KPIs and outcomes.
• Communicates project status and provides reports to stakeholders.
• Manages hiring, termination and performance reviews for direct reports.
