Job summary

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider to support the rapidly expanding Structural Heart and LAAO/Watchman programs. You will provide core clinical care across pre-procedural, peri-procedural, post-procedural, and longitudinal follow-up for high-acuity Veterans.

Ideal candidates have ARC-PA accredited PA program education, PANCE certification, and an active U.S. license.

Qualifications

• Citizen of the United States as required for VA employment.
• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program with a qualifying degree.
• Must pass PANCE and hold an active U.S. license.
• Proficiency in English for appointment under VA standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Structural Heart and LAAO/Watchman programs across care phases.
• Ensure high-quality, coordinated pre-, peri-, post-procedural care and follow-up.
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with VA qualification standards and continuing education.
