Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team at Park Nicollet Health Services in Minnesota. The APP will provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology services, collaborate with attending physicians, and see patients in clinic with potential outreach duties.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with 8- or 10-hour shifts, total of 40 hours per week, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a program accredited by the CAAHEP.
• Board certified through NCCPA and eligible for Minnesota licensure.
• CPR certification and ongoing CME requirements (100 hours/2 years; recert every 6 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology APP services.
• Collaborate with cardiology attending physicians for consults and follow-up visits.
• See patients independently in the cardiology clinic and participate in outreach clinics.
• Perform duties as assigned and coordinate patient care.
