Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking an exceptional Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider team. You will provide inpatient consults and follow-ups, and independently manage patients in the cardiology clinic, with potential outreach duties.

The role involves completing a 40-hour week with weekday shifts and possible weekends, requiring active licensure and NCCPA certification, along with CPR, DEA, and ongoing CME for credentialing.

Qualifikationen

• Graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited program.
• Board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA); maintain state licensure and DEA.
• CPR certification; maintain national certification with continuing medical education every 2 years and recertification every 6 years.
• Credentialing required per NCQA guidelines.

• Inpatient work with supervising cardiologist to staff initial consults and follow-ups.
• Outpatient clinic visits; potential outreach clinic.
• Coordinate patient care and perform duties as assigned.
