Job summary

The Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work independently to deliver competent medical care to adults and geriatric patients, primarily in outpatient clinics, and alongside an Interventional Cardiologist. Responsibilities include completing admission workups and consultations, receiving on-site calls, issuing orders for routine and urgent care, and communicating directly with physicians.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday in an outpatient clinic setting with benefits

Qualifications

• FNP, PA or ACNP with Cardiology experience preferred.
• New grads with Cardiology experience as RN encouraged to apply.
• NP Board Certification required.
• Active AZ license or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver competent medical care to adults and geriatric patients in outpatient clinic.
• Complete admission workups and consultations.
• Act as on-site liaison to receive phone calls and provide orders for routine and urgent medical care needs.
• Communicate directly with the physician.
